For many years, Trinity has utilized a system of lay leadership that helps us improve the efficiency of our operations. We have divided our ministries into quadrants and identified a liaison for each quadrant. These liaisons act as resources for the leaders of these ministry groups. The Quadrant Leaders report back to the Vestry and Clergy as needed.
