Property Team

The Property Team consists of the Facilities Manager and several interested parishioners.  It meets once a month to review building related expenditures and receive updates on current repairs and improvements.  Annual budgets are created by the property manager for both maintenance and capital improvement projects.   The Property Manager presents updates on various projects and expenditures are tracked against budget line items. New issues are brought to the attention of the property team as needed for discussion and approval. 
 
Trinity Church has extensive grounds including a Memorial Garden which require maintenance throughout the year.  The parishioners on the property team take care of this maintenance with the exception of snow removal.
 
The Property Team schedules work days several times during the year for carrying out inside work as well as work on the grounds.  Extra volunteers are encouraged to attend these events in order to ease the workload and accomplish as much work as possible.
